Where are you located?

I currently provide services in and around the Nashville, Tennessee Metro area, but I'm available to travel.

Is it necessary to schedule a booking call?

A brief consultation is required before all bookings. This is a no-pressure, 10-15 minute call where I introduce myself and answer any questions you may have regarding my services, work process, and package details.

This helps to determine if my services are a good fit for your needs before anything is scheduled. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session date and time.

Where will my session take place?

I’m experienced with shooting both indoors and outdoors. I can accommodate most indoor shoots in my home studio. For business headshots and branding sessions, I suggest shooting in your workspace or ideal environment that best represents your personal brand. 

Clients are responsible for any indoor or outdoor locations requiring a photography permit or location rental fee.

What is your payment process?

A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of booking to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due on the day of your session. 

Payments can be made by PayPal, Money Order, Cash, Credit Card, or most most mobile payment services.

What if I only need a few photos?

Great, I offer a variety of photography packages. During your consultation we’ll discuss your needs and the best options for you. However, I do not modify services or negotiate rates.

Will you help me plan my brand shoot?

Most definitely! First, it definitely helps to have a clear understanding of your brand, your audience, and how you want to be represented.  

Once you’ve booked your session, we’ll develop a shot list, and discuss location and wardrobe details, so that we go into the shoot with an intentional strategy to best utilize our shoot time. 

How long before I can see my images?

Express headshot sessions receive a 24-48 hour turnaround time. Images for portrait, branding, and product sessions are generally ready to preview within (2) weeks from the date of your shoot. A RUSH fee can be applied for 10% of your session fee.

Can I have the unedited RAW images?

I do not provide or sell RAW image files.

Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes! I recommend signing up for my newsletter to receive early notifications of my seasonal and special holiday session offers. 

What is your rescheduling policy?

Should you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied to the next available date.

A second reschedule will require 50% of your remaining balance to reserve a new date. If inclement weather will impact travel or shooting location, we will discuss an alternative session date and time.
